resin casting

As part of the design process for my final undergraduate studio project, enso enclosure, I began testing with resin casting, incorporating found materials (dried flowers) and inks to create painterly compositions. Through this exercise I was able to learn the process of resin casting which has led to a greater interest in sculpture and larger casting projects. Each plate is 8 cm in diameter, and 1 cm in thickness.
